Hi, I’m Nick Tadlock.
I have been in the fitness field for 6 years as a Personal Trainer and Strength and Conditioning Coach. As an undergraduate I interned under the legendary strength coach Cal Dietz at the University of Minnesota (2012). A few years later I became the first Assistant Strength and Conditioning coach at Dakota Wesleyan University (2013-2016). Alongside the head coach, Kyle Hobbs, we built the Strength and Conditioning department from the ground up. During my time at Dakota Wesleyan, I started Sodak Strength, a personal training and strength and conditioning business. I was able to coach professional athletes from the MiLB, NHL, and ECHL as well as a US Open National Champion Wrestler and numerous state and national record holding powerlifters in South Dakota and Minnesota. In 2017 I achieved Elite status as a powerlifter in the 220 weight class with a total of 1685 lbs.
