Tadlock has been in the fitness field for 8 years as a Personal Trainer and Strength and Conditioning Coach. As an undergraduate, he interned under the legendary strength coach Cal Dietz at the University of Minnesota (2012), and the next year became the first Assistant Strength and Conditioning coach at Dakota Wesleyan University (2013-2016). Alongside the head coach, Kyle Hobbs, he built the Strength and Conditioning department from the ground up. Tadlock has worked with athletes from the MiLB, NHL, and ECHL as well as a National Champion Wrestler and numerous record-holding Powerlifters at the state and national levels. Tadlock is an Elite level Powerlifter with USPA. He competes in the 220 classic raw division and has a 1685 total.
