Big Nasty- Powerlifting:

Our bread and butter. Big Nasty is a team program which means you will be running this program alongside Lionheart athletes all over the country. The powerlifting heart of Big Nasty is an undulated periodization style program that will have you smashing bigger weights than ever and is seamlessly blended with bodybuilding work for sadistic pumps and huge gains. 

Performance Method:

Coach Tadlock got his first taste of real strength and conditioning at as an intern with the Golden Gopher Strength & Conditioning program at the University of Minnesota and later went on to coach as a Graduate Assistant at Dakota Wesleyan University where he was directly responsible for the training of Baseball, Volleyball, Wrestling and Track & Field. A part of that has never left him and this program is his outlet for everything performance. Like PF Flyers, this one is guaranteed to make a kid run faster and jump higher. Performance Method is the ultimate training program for the adult athlete or anyone who wants to be ready for the zombie apocalypse.
